RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

Art. 47 Law 1480/2011 The right of withdrawal applies to distance contracts pursuant to Art. 47 of Law 1480 of 2011. The maximum period to exercise this right is five (5) business days from the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the contract, as applicable.

Conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal:

  1. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and include its original packaging and accessories.

  2. The customer must provide written notification of their intent to withdraw within the specified timeframe.

  3. The customer shall bear the return shipping costs unless the company has stated otherwise.

Legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Art. 47 Law 1480/2011):

  1. Personalized products or goods made to the consumer's specifications.

  2. Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.

  3. Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

  4. Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

PERSONALIZATION AND RETURN EXCLUSION POLICY

Art. 47 Law 1480/2011 Personalized products involve specific manufacturing according to customer instructions (color, logos, measurements, special hardware, or custom finishes). Pursuant to Art. 47 of Law 1480/2011, personalized goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Personalization Policy:

  1. All personalization requires the express written approval of the customer (email, chat, or form).

  2. The company may request digital or physical samples for prior approval; the customer must provide written approval before production begins.

  3. The customer is obligated to verify and approve the design, colors, and dimensions during the confirmation stage; once approved, no return or withdrawal shall apply.

  4. Payments for personalized products are non-refundable, except for certified manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired (legal warranty applies).

The company recommends keeping all approvals, color proofs, and confirmation emails as evidence in case of a dispute. Art. 47 Law 1480/2011.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY FOR NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Art. 58 Law 1480/2011 For non-personalized products, the customer may request an exchange or return within the legal timeframes and in accordance with the conditions described below.

Conditions for exchange or return:

  1. Notification within 5 business days following delivery for withdrawal or exchange due to non-conformity.

  2. Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories.

  3. The customer must present proof of purchase, chat logs, and the order number.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the company determines otherwise due to special promotions or policies.
